Director of Healthcare Management at Peach Health Asia; Shin Jiun is a self-driven founder of Physio Dynamics Pte Ltd and an Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in both the private practice and public sector. She is specialised in the field of musculoskeletal and dedicated to acquiring in-depth knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal conditions. 

Driven by a vision to provide comprehensive patient care, Shin Jiun founded Physio Dynamics Pte Ltd in May 2018. This chapter explores her journey as an entrepreneur, from conceptualising the clinic to building a team of skilled professionals who share her passion for patient care. Through the clinic, Shin Jiun has positively impacted patient’s recovery, providing personalised care and effective treatment approaches. 

Committed to giving back to her profession, Shin Jiun accepted the role of adjunct lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). This chapter highlights her dedication to teaching and mentoring future physiotherapists, installing in them a deep understanding of Physiotherapy and the importance of patient centred care. 
Shin Jiun believes that the tele-rehabilitation will benefit the patients in managing their conditions. It empowers them to be compliant with the rehabilitation treatment and take charge of their physical health to recover.
